Things to consider before buying a computer

Before going into a computer stall these days to purchase a new computer, it is very important that you get some advice on purchasing a new computer whether its a Windows based computer or Mac based computer.

When you do go into a computer store like Joyce Mayne Computers or Harvey Norman Computers, just be aware that you might not be talking to a computer expert with any type of IT qualifications..... Majority are just a retailer with a general interest in computers. These retailers will do anything to not only sell you a computer, but also sell you a system that might not be suitable for your needs, they will attempt to sell you a additional virus scanning system that you may not need, plus additional warranty for your systems protection. Whilst these are all great to have it you may have a virus scanner already paid for a year on your old system that is not working that we can simply transfer over to you..... they tend to forget to tell you this....

HP ultra thinbook laptops, known issue discovered by Hero Computer Service engineers.
