Computer Repairs Sunshine Beach

Today one of our computer repair technicians in Sunshine Beach visited a new client. The issue he came across was very interesting, the HP laptop only 2 months old was found not connecting to the wifi system correctly. Obviously looking at repairing and connecting the wifi to the laptop would be the issue, however after investigating the computer issue. We found that the computer was not shutting down.

While the screen went black the power light was still on and the computer was humming away. We discovered that the DNS was not cycling because the computer was never turned off.

With a warranty letter written by us and the client taking the computer back to the retailer we solved the issue and the client got a replacement.
