HERO Computer Services Coolum

Today we visited a new client in Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast for a computer repair. The initial call out was for a printer connection repair. Upon external inspection of the HP Envy Laptop i noted there was a bulge occurring under the mouse pad. The client with the HP computer issues also noted some of the keys had stopped working. Lucky for him his computer was still under warranty! We filled out a report and emailed it to him to then claim the initial computer repair
